The Centre for Economy Development and Law, Government Law College Thrissur, Kerala, invites papers from lawyers academicians, research scholars, students and legal frternities to publish in its 1st issue of second volume of interdisciplinary law journal. This is a peer reviewed journal that intends to give motivation to the legal and other interested persons to give their ideas on various issues in the society. It seeks to have a comparative outlook of the national and international problems prevailing in the society and the suggestions to overcome such situations. The papers shall be in the form of articles, case comments etc. The soft copies of the submission should be send to editoratelenchus@gmail.com.
The subject title of the email should be “FOR ELENCHUS VOL 2 ISSUE 01”. The publishing policies and other details are provided at www.cedl.ac.in. The submissions should reach the committee before 29th April, 2016. The fundamental aim of this publication is to invite submissions on the issues like law and governance with different international and comparative approaches. The journal also aims to advance research and writing on the theme “Justice to enliven the practical content of life” – broadly defined. A section is also reserved for latest legislations, reports, case laws, book reviews etc. The original articles alone will be published and it should not be published else where. The papers shall also be submitted as soft copies stored in a CD drive to The Editor, Elenchus Law Review, Govt. Law College Thrissur, Ayyanthole, Thrissur- 03, Kerala, India.
The articles should be send along with a declaration that the work is original and unpublished. It should also contain an abstract not exceeding 500 words with the title of the article, author’s name, academic degree, full address and E mail ID. A brief description of the author may be send via email if required. The footnotes shall follow the citation prescribed under the rules. The author’s shall strictly comply with the format while submitting their papers. This law journal follows list of reference rather than bibliography. The illustrations for citing footnotes are also provided in the website.
