D.H.S.K. Law College came into existence in 1965 which is located in Dibrugarh and college is affiliated to Dibrugarh University and it is also approved by Bar Council of India, Government of India. This college offers 3 years LL.B course where they follow the semester system of exams which is available to the students in the college. Many students from all parts of North Eastern region come to study in this law college. They have modern facility available to the students in the college. This college was started for the benefit of the students in this region of India.
This college has spacious class rooms, library, cafeteria, moot court room, computer lab, extracurricular activities and latest teaching aid and a huge campus that is surrounded with lush greenery. D.H.S.K. Law College has co-education where both boys and girls study in the campus and it is considered as one of the cost-effective law colleges too in this area. This college is quite well equipped with modern amenities that is provided to the law students. The college provide full time law course and it is as per the rules and regulations of the University. College also organises seminars and conducts legal aid camps in rural areas where they provide legal advice to the have-nots.
A candidate to be eligible to study in this college he/she must have passed bachelor degree with 45% marks in aggregate and below 30 years of age which is for a 3 year LL.B course. This college provides English medium of education in their campus. The college also has a library wherein they have a rich collection of text books which includes law and other reference books along with law reports and law journals for the students to do case study. This college also conducts debates and quiz to the students in its academic year. College is located in a place that provides for a perfect academic ambience which is very good for the legal research and case studies to the students in the college.
