Indira Priyadarshini Law College, Andhra Pradesh

The Indira Priyadarshini Law College, affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University is placed in Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh. The college established in 1991 is recognized by the Bar Council of India. This institution provides wide infrastructures to the students. The fundamental objective of the college is to develop eminent legal professionals and lawyers in the nation. The college organizes motivation programmes to make awareness on the people with regard to the significance of law and legal education. The Indira Priyadarshini Law College gives practical training to the students by way of internships and discussion with eminent persons. In addition, the college conducts moot courts, legal literacy programmes, legal aid camps etc. The college offers LLB (3 year) course and LLB (5year) course. Admission to the course is based on LAWCET entrance examination and the candidates can also seek admission through management quota. To get admission in 3year LLB course, the candidates will have to clear graduation with at least 45 percent marks and for 5 year LLB course, the candidates should secure 45 percent marks in the higher secondary examination.

The college consists of an electronic library where materials are kept in electronic media formats. This can be accessed by students by using computers. The classrooms are arranged for flexible learning. In addition, the college is equipped with moot court room, auditorium, seminar halls etc. Accommodation is also provided to students who get admission to the institution.
