The National University of Advanced Legal Studies and Research in association with Centre for Consumer Protection Law and Policy, Centre for Law and Economics and Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Law Reforms has decided to organize International Seminar on Legal and Economic Analysis of Goods and Service Tax on April 5. The sub-themes of the topic are the following:
- Ramification of GST on Consumer Laws and Policy
- Unified Tax-The Economic Conundrum
- Goods and Service Tax- A Law Reform or Law Restatement
The organizers calls for papers to be presented in the international seminar. The participants can send the submissions through email to ccplap@nuals.co.in. The articles should be send along with the abstract. The abstract shall not exceed 300 words. The full papers shall not be more than 3000 words including the footnotes. The articles along with the abstract shall reach the organizers before March 17, 2016. The participants will be intimated regarding the acceptance of abstract within two days.
The articles shall be send along with a covering letter consisting of the author’s name, name of the institution, contact number and email ID. The article should be original and unpublished. Co-authorship is permitted subject to a maximum of two. The selected papers are to be presented in the seminar. The citation format shall be bluebook system. The articles should be in Times New Roman format, 12 font size and 1.5 line spacing. The footnotes should be Times New Roman format, 10 font size and 1 line spacing. The papers shall be submitted in .doc/.docx/.odt format. The participants of the selected papers may be given the travel allowance subject to the discretion of the organizers.
