Patna: After Son- Rocky Yadav, now the suspended member of Legislative Council- Manorama Devi finally surrendered herself before the Court in Gaya. She was hiding for a past week, as the State Government has issued arrest warrant against her. She surrendered, today, on Tuesday.
It is notable that while the police was searching her son- Rocky Yadav in connection with the case of shooting a young for allegedly overtaking his SUV in Gaya, at her home, the police officials recovered some liquor bottles from her house, and as such the State Government issued arrest warrant against her for her defying the statewide liquor ban which is force.
When she surrendered, after that she was found stating, as quoted by ANI that “I respect the court and the government but I did not have any liquor bottles. I have been trapped.” She also said that “I am being falsely implicated due to political conspiracy,” she also involved BJP saying “BJP is doing that.” While so, the advocate representing the said Manorama Devi, found stated that, she was ill until now. Thus, the said new agency- ANI also reported that the said suspended Member of legislative Council is now sent to the judicial custody for coming fourteen days.
