India and Germany earned right to get membership in UN Security Council, said PM, Modi

Berlin: The present Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi put a question of very importance, that why India being country which is a land of Mahatma Gandhi and Gautam Buddha and having peach in its DNA, had to wait for getting a permanent seat in the Security Council of United Nations- UNSC?

The Prime Minister, Modi claimed justice for nation by giving a permanent seat in the Security Council of United Nations, which is not yet been given to India, since from the formation of the United Nations. This year United Nations will complete 70 years of its formation, pointing the same, PM, Modi asked for said seat in UNSC.

In the Joint media interaction along with Angela Merkel, German Chancellor, honourable PM, Modi stated that besides completing 70th year of formation of United Nations there will be 100th anniversary of the World War- Ist too. Further, he said that there were over seventy five thousands of soldiers from India  were martyred and over fourteen lakhs of Indian soldiers had participated, even without having any interest in the said World War.

Further, by pointing peace development from India, he said India has contributed most to peacekeeping forces which is praised throughout the World and its history is an evident that India has never involved itself in any aggression and even has not attacked any Country.

In his contention, PM, Modi claimed in his basic remarks that India and Germany had now get right to get the permanent members of the United Nations’ Security Council. He added that granting such membership will be beneficial to the World and both India and Germany are willing to see tangible progress during the 70th Anniversary year, in the United Nations Security Council reforms.

As such the PM, Modi has made a strong pitch for availing a permanent membership in the Security Council of the UN for both India and Germany.

While so, Modi, indirectly pointed the acts of Pakistan in sponsoring terrorism by saying that India and Germany will put pressure on the Governments which are providing shelter and support to terrorists.
