Symbiosis Law School, Pune has announced the ‘Capsule Course on Legal Control of Emerging Concerns in Cyber Space’ and also said Law School has open the registration and the poster relating to event and its registration form have also been provided.
Keeping in mind the maximized use of Internet in the human beings, the Internet has also become the subject of various felonious activities. As such, there are many rules and regulations offered to relate and regulate the human transactions with the web world. Similarly, the term Cyber law is also emerged in this relation. Thus, the present concerned Law School is seeking to mandate the platform for enthusiastic law students by organizing this concerned event. In organizing this event, the Law School’s Tech Legal Cell is engaged. The event will be held at Symbiosis Law School, New Viman Nagar Campus, Pune on 20th day of February, 2016.
Moreover, during the event, the eminent Cyber Experts like Adv. Pavan Duggal, Senior Counsel, Supreme Court of India and President of Cyberlaw. Net; Mr. Rakshit Tandon, Cyber Security Expert and Director A & R Info Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Adv. Prashant Mali, Cyber law Expert, Bombay High Court will be addressing the audience in an attempt to throw light on contemporary legal issues in cyber space.
Moreover, there are some topics which will be discussed in the Capsule Course, in which there has been offered Cyber Terrorism, Freedom of Speech &Expression and Social Media, Illegal Surveillance and Snooping, Cyber Crimes related to Business and e-commerce, Cyber Crimes Governance, Free Basics and Net Neutrality, and Mobile Technologies, Convergence and e-crimes.
