The Editorial Committee of New Law College, Pune under the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University invites papers to be published in the Volume 5 Issue 2 of Bharati Law Review which is a prestigious law journal. The last date for submission of paper is 25th March, 2016. The committee invites papers from eminent scholars from law. The submissions shall be in the form of research papers, case comments, book reviews etc. The fundamental of the journal is to advance the legal research works and other related fields. The journal also aims to address recent legal issues in the society.
The main areas for writing includes E-commerce, Banking, Insurance, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Domestic Law, Economic Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law, Private International Law, Public International Law, Media Law, and other contemporary legal issues. The articles should not be published anywhere or copied from any other writing. The soft copy of the articles should be send to address: blr@bvpnlcpune.org. The authors shall confirm to blue book citation, 19th edition for footnotes. No other method of citation will be accepted.
The articles shall be related with any of the subjects mentioned above and should strictly adhere to the standards prescribed by the committee. It should reflect the presnt legal situations and issues in addition to suggestions by the authors. The submissions shall reach the committee before the deadline.
