In this college usually admissions are based on the merit basis and as per the university norms. They have a well-furnished infrastructure with modern amenities. This college offers 3 years LL.B course and it follows the semester system that is available to the students in the college. All modern facility is available to the students in the college. A student or a candidate to be eligible for this college he/she must have passed bachelor degree with 45% marks in aggregate for a 3 year LL.B course. They also have lab facility in their campus. College has a well learned teaching staff and they are employed to impart the legal knowledge to the students at this college in various departments. The main objective of this college is to impart futuristic basis education in legal field and to educate students from all over the region. Academic sessions in the college begins from 1 July every year. It was established for the greater interest of the people of Bihar. Admission application must be prepared in a prescribed form to get an admission done in this college. Marks sheet of the last qualifying examination must be attested along with a passport size photo. The students should show the proof of passed exams.

The course available here is a full time course and a co-education college. Students are taken on legal aid camps in the college where they provide free legal aid service to the rural area people.
