Hello All!
Myself Samata.H.Joshi(Kulkarni). I stay in Mumbai. I have done all my studies from Mumbai. I did my Graduation from Model College, Mumbai University. After that did my Diploma in Export and Import Management from Welingkar Institute post which I joined as export executive in export firm and while working I enrolled for L.L.B course. I did my L.L.B from TMC Law College, Mumbai and gave bar council exam and also cleared it. Further doing L.L.M from Pune University so as to have masters and extra knowledge for Law course.
After completion of course I started working in court as junior advocate and now look after different matters like 138(cheque bounce) etc., also eventually i started to teach Law subject in classes for professional courses as what you learn should always given bit to society. And for this I wish to give NET or SET exams of Lectureship and hope I can do this. Thus, I took up to write with lawyers law so that it will help me in my teaching career as well as it will improve my writing skills and increase my knowledge for various acts, as while writing any review I undergo with various acts that I was even unaware of. So very thankful to them who gave me this job.
I am very positive and energetic person. I like to dance so I persuade certificates in “Kathak” dance. I even like to travel. In school and College days I was also a sports person and use to play for school and college, sports like kho-kho, Athletics.
