GNLU Organizes International Conference on Law & Economics on March 14 -15,2015

law and economicsThe Gujarat National University together with Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Institute of Technology, Kanpur is arranging International Conference on Law and Economics on March 14th to 15th of 2015. The fundamental purpose of the unification is to develop the potentials of the students in the field of education and to impart knowledge and impetus in the area. As the innovative quality had increased and the specialization in almost all subjects have demanded, the need for inter-disciplinary activities and combined academic process is essential. To resolve the problem, collaboration by law, science and management shall give excellent results. With this intention behind, the three universities have joined hands together to organize International Conference on Law and Economics.

The fundamental aim of the conference is to raise debates with regard to numerous strategies initiated and to put in the collection of outstanding retorts from eminent personnel. The academic ventures that outfit new suggestions of advanced and well-organized instruments will assist in moderating the academic issues in the inter-disciplinary subjects. The conference intends to unite the eminent scholars and inspires the support of three educational establishments which directs for continuing progress and proficiency in law, economics and other academic fields. The main themes of the conference include the role of social standards to frame legal strategies and rules, new redressal instruments and diminishing of rates on transaction under disputes, safeguards in crises as well as bubbles, main role of constitutional authorities for the protection of public interest, outlooks on property rights etc. Moreover, during the conference, March 15 is spent for World Consumer Rights Day where papers will be presented on the related topic.

The abstract for the papers shall be submitted on October 30, 2014 and the intimation for the selection shall be conveyed to the candidates on or before November 7, 2014. The full papers shall be presented on January 3, 2015. The participants should be scholars, professionals or academicians and officials permit co-authorization. The participants are authorized to submit only one paper which should be original writing. All the papers will be published in the journal giving ISSN or ISBN number. The organizing committee shall screen the papers and the Indian participants shall pay registration fee of Rs.2000.
