I am Vibhuti Nakta, born and brought up in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. I completed my schooling from Convent of Jesus & Mary and DAV Public School subsequently. I pursued B.A.LL.B (Hons.) and passed out in year 2011 from Himachal Pradesh University Institute of Legal Studies. Thereafter I started practising on the criminal side before the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh. Simultaneously I pursued LL.M. in Business Law from Kurukshetra University and passed out in year 2013. Recently I got married and presently I am based in Chandigarh.
My parents are currently settled in Shimla. My father retired as a government employee in the year 2011 and my mother is a home maker. I have a younger brother also pursuing Law from Himachal Pradesh University.
At the very beginning I took up law coincidentally, little knowing that I shall develop an instant liking for the subject. Throughout school I have been an average student but since the first day of college I began to understand the subject very well and just because of this I topped my University and received gold medal for excelling in the subject. The reason for my liking is the inherent nature of law which is so close to human beings. Law has changed me as a person and has made me more confident.
As a person I am introvert in nature. I like doing artistic things. My hobbies are reading, cooking, travelling, and watching movies. My aim is to grow as a person through constant learning and give my best in whatever I do.
