Call for Papers: Indian Journal of Air and Space Law (IJASL) – Last Date for Submission- 15th May, 2016

The Indian Journal of Air and Space Law (IJASL) under the Centre for Air and Space Law of NALSAR calls for papers to be published in its bi-annual journal with ISSN 2394-6091. In India, this is the first journal that promotes the ideas of different interested persons on the issues of Air and Space law. The fundamental aim of the journal is to have a connection between the Indian and foreign scholars to share their ideas on the related field of study. The contributors have to strictly adhere with the norms prescribed by the committee. The articles will be peer reviewed by an advisory board consisting of experts. The articles should be original and should not be published elsewhere.
The main theme of the journal is ‘Aerospace and Defence Laws’. The articles should not be more than 3500-5000 words. An abstract not exceeding 250-300 words should also be attached at the beginning of each article. The journal also invites commentary, book review and short notes on the recent developments related with the theme. Such commentary, review or note shall be limited to 1000 to 1500 words. The references shall be given as footnote below that particular page. The mode of citations are provided in the website for each type of reference like books, journals, online publications etc. The authors shall confirm to those standards while send their articles. Co-authorship is permitted to a maximum of two.
The copyright of the articles will be retained by the journal and the moral rights will vest with the contributor. The contributions shall reach the committee before 15th May, 2016 before 5 pm. The authors should send only soft copy of their articles. The articles should also contain the name of the author, designation, name of the institute, contact number and Email ID. The submissions should be send to ijasl@nalsar.ac.in. The contributors shall also send their queries to the above mentioned email ID or contact the committee for the clarifications.
