The West Bengal National University for Juridical Sciences invites papers to be published in the NUJS Law Review in the forthcoming issue on rolling basis. It is the quarterly and flagship journal under the NUJS in Kolkata. From the past few years the NUJS Law Review has been providing for analysis of legal issues and commentaries on different problems and has also worked to include the articles of academics, policy makers, law students, legal practitioners, and those interested in legal field for the successful publication of the journal. To encourage research oriented works and also for academic engagement, the editors of the journal has again called for papers for its coming issue. There is no specific theme for the paper, rather it should be related with any key issues in the legal field.
The submissions should be original and should not be published anywhere. The words of the articles should be restricted between 6000 – 15000 words excluding the footnotes. The references as well as citations should confirm to the NUJS Law Review Citation and Style Standard. The articles should be accompanied with an abstract not exceeding 300 words along with the covering letter. The last date for the submission of the paper is 26th June, 2016 for this issue. The authors have to specify the academic qualifications, degrees, name of the university or institution etc in the covering letter. Co authorship is permitted to a maximum of two. The co-authors may be persons belonging to same or different institution.
The articles must be in MS Word format and send to nujslr@gmail.com. The authors need not send hard copy of the articles. All the submissions will be reviewed by the editorial board headed by the editor in chief. The submission must be in Times New Roman, font size 12 and footnotes in font size 1 with single spacing. The hyperlinks should not be underlined and must be black in colour. The queries can be submitted through the inquiry form available in the website.
